The skills and knowledge I gained throughout my time here has given me an in-depth understanding of the physiological mechanisms behind the benefits of exercise and nutrition.

Yep this is me! After a successful run of strength and size training I noticed I’d put on a few too many pounds (the bad kind!) so tuned up my diet and over the course of a few months lost over 35lbs of fat – two and a half stone!
